Celebrating 8 Sweet Years at Just Cupcakin Around!

Can you believe it? On August 11th, 2016, we opened our doors at Just Cupcakin Around in Merritt Island, Florida, and we've been serving up sweet treats to Brevard County ever since! As we mark our 8th anniversary, I can't help but reflect on the incredible journey it's been, filled with joy, creativity, and, of course, a lot of delicious baking.

Over the past eight years, we've had the pleasure of being a part of your special moments – from birthdays and weddings to those everyday indulgences that make life a little sweeter. I’ve loved every minute of serving our community, and I’m so grateful for the support and love you’ve shown us over the years. It’s been an absolute joy to see our bakery become a beloved spot in Merritt Island, where families and friends gather to enjoy our handcrafted cupcakes, fudge, brownies, and special cakes.

As we continue to grow, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve recently had the chance to organize and expand our selection of cake flavors! One of the most exciting things about Just Cupcakin Around is our ability to customize your cake to fit your needs. Did you know that you can order any of our cupcake flavors as a full-sized cake? That’s right – whether you’re planning a birthday party, a wedding, or any special event, we can create a custom cake in any size and flavor you desire.Imagine serving a moist, light, and fluffy cake topped with our signature whipped cream or buttercream frosting at your next event – trust me, your guests will be raving about it for days! And with our diverse range of flavors, there’s something for everyone to love.
